Hi All

In my head I thought this would be pretty straight forward, but it quickly became apparent that it's not!

What i have is a very big accident log, each row represents a accident entry and has a vast amount of information where i would like to extract certain information into a separate spreadsheet.

So there needs to be 2 criteria's that triggers the lookup Column B which will show the cases open/closed status - I'm looking for open. And column N which shows the sites location - 'Pioneer point DC' in my case.

Once those 2 arguments are true i need to pull in data from various locations along that row.
Sometimes there may be no log entries that meet the criteria and sometimes there may be several.

The log is locked down by my boss and will remain that way.

Any help in this will be greatly appreciated.

Regards Tony

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I am yes, however the source spreadsheet where all the data comes from is locked down. There is also 84 columns that has some form of data in it. i only want to extract a fraction of the data, in a separate spreadsheet.
