Calculate Between two dates

I need a formula that will calculate two dates

Sample

In Column K put the number of dates between the Starting Date (I20) and Ending Date (J20), but if I20 or J20 is blank Leave K blank

How about
=IF(OR(I20="",J20=""),"",J20-I20)
