Hi guys, I have been working in this calendar task list and worksheet and maybe some of you guys might have an idea of how to solve this.

So I have a task list with dates and descrptions

A B
8/15 Paint House

What I would like to do, is to integrate this to an excel calendar
So if I had a visual calendar it would automatically paste in August 15 the description. In addition I would like to have the cell colored

i would normally have all this work with lotus notes, but for each descrption that i have there is an additional worksheets with instructions on how to solve the specific problems.

If anyone has the slightest idea of how to do any.. doesn't matter if is only coloring the cell it would be great

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
