Changing cell background based off values of cells on other worksheet w/ Conditional Formatting

What if I also want the condition where 'Sheet2'!B2="Z" to shade the cell in Blue. When i try setting two separate conditional rules to the cell, one just seems to overwrite the other. Can I do this all in a single line, on a single conditional rule? [/FONT]
