Charting negative time values

I can't find a way to chart and display negative time values. I already changed my workbook to the 1904 date system and I am able to get a negative time to display in the cell but it doesn't transfer over to the chart. For example; I am using a simple bar chart and a -1:29 will display as a negative bar pointing downward which is great, however, no lables will display a negative time. Not even along the bottom will it display a negative time. The positive times show up great and have no problems both on the graph and the bottom row. Is it possible to display negative times on a chart?

I can't even display negative times on the Y axis either. Is there a way to manually type in a negative time value on the Y axis? Thanks for any help.
