Check Consecutive Increase from first Non-Zero Cell

Is there a way to check consecutive growth from first non-zero cell? For example-

0

0.15

0.28

0

0.20

0.41

1.33

2.88

2.04

<tbody>
</tbody>

it should check consecutive growth from col3 till last column.

Given this example, what is the expected result? Does the count reset at 0, or when the value in the next cell is less than the current cell? Would the answer be 4 in this case (F1:I1)?
