Comparing 2 date Columns in Excel

Ok, I have 2 columns of dates that I am trying to make sure they all match, so what I did was use the Duplicate feature. Well, the problem with it, is it compares all the cells and not just side by side...but up and down so if the same date appears anywhere else in the document, it's not catching the fact that the date right next to it isn't the same. HELP.....I hope you guys can understand my question.
 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
