Conditional format formula needed

I have a sheet which creates a Gantt chart from project dates. Conditional formatting colors the column for the current week. I need a formula to conditional format this column so I can make a bottom border in the cell if it is the last row containing data. In other words, the final result will have a border around the vertical “current week” bar. Everything else works except for the bottom border, I can’t seem to figure that part out. I can’t use VBA unfortunately.

Assuming the data is in Column C, use below formula to create border around last cell of column C.

=ROW($C1)=COUNTA($C:$C)
