Conditional formatting Excel 2010

I have searched and searched the web, but can not find an answer to my problems so I hope you can help.

I have pivot with values from 2012 and 2013 and pr weekday in columns and the names in rows. I would like to format the 2013 values if it is lower than 2012.
So if Thursday 2013 is lower than Thursday 2012 the cell can be filled with red, the same if Saturday 2013 is lower than Saturday 2012. Thats my first challenge.

The next is that when I change the filter, so new names appear I want to keep the same formatting as already mentioned.

Anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance
