Conditional Formatting with Hlookup and greater than

Hi,

I am trying to highlight a cell Q11.

I want it to Hlookup cell Q5 in Columns BV:BX and then if Cell Q11 is greater than the Hlookup for it to highlight Cell Q11 in Green.

I hope this is clear.

Which row in BV:BX do you want to lookup & which row is the returned value in?

Is that the lookup row, or the return row & what is the other?

Assuming that row 6 is the lookup row & you want to return a value in row 7.
use this formula in CF =Q11>=HLOOKUP(Q5,BV6:BX7,2,0)
