I need column F to highlight if column C equals 30. I've tried =IF(C:C,30) and it isn't working.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

Welcome to the Board.

Select column F, click Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a Formula > and enter:

=C1=30

and select your highlight color.
