Connecting combobox with pivot chart axis field filter button

Hi
In my Pivot chrat I have a axis field button that filter the values taken by pivot chart.
How can I connect this value filter with a combobox at userform ?
I want to show pivot chart at userform with image control.
Thanks alot.
