copy paste from 1 excel to another field by field

Hi good morning,

Please help how to copy paste from 1 excel to another field by field.
Fields are different in order.

first excel -

Number	Title	Risk	Services	Primary Application
chg0000123	Mr	No	copy	excel
chg0000124	Mr	yes	paste	powerpoint
chg0000125	Mr	no	cut	word
chg000126	Ms	no	values	windows
chg000127	Ms	no	destination	notepad
chg000128	Mr	no	source	winword

second excel -
