Copying formatting in new sheet

I've added a header & footer to my sheet 1, but I want that header & footer to appear when I click +newsheet (at the bottom) for ALL sheets in the future.

This is a template for others in the business to use, so I don't want for them to have to 'copy' the formatting themselves, ideally I'd like it to copy it 'automatically' when they open a new sheet.

Is there anyway to do this?
