Hello, I'm using this formula below so I don't count duplicates, however, I would like to add to this if possible.... if a number is showing in column B and Column C and a date is showing in column D then count how many times. Is there a way around this? I do need to count the duplicated in columns B & C & D.

=COUNT(IF(FREQUENCY('4a6'!A2:A1000,'4a6'!A2:A1000),'4a6'!A2:A1000))

To count the unique values in Column A, where the corresponding values in Column B and Column C contain a number, and the corresponding value in Column D contains a date, try...

=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(ISNUMBER(B2:B1000),IF(ISNUMBER(C2:C1000),IF(ISNUMBER(D2:D1000),A2:A1000))),A2:A1000)>0,1))

...confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
