Count of Amount as per Date Selection!

Dears,

Need a formula in amount column to count the no as per dates and after 920 cells entry for specific month the amount will change and result will be accordingly. On selection of month in drop down of Cell E1 , Total Count of cells for specific month and Total Sum should come.
