CountIf doesnt work

Hello,

I have one column that gets a text based value with an if statement, and I'd like to count how many times something returns.
However, while I do the countif function on that column it seems like it doesnt read that text or something.

Any tips?

COUNTIF works fine with text so I think we'd need more details, such as what the IF formula is, what your COUNTIF formula is, and what it's returning currently.
