I have a excel data containing than 10000 rows in which world's continents name are listed in column "A", countries name in column "B", cities name in column "C" and growth rates in Column "D". Now issue is whenever I try to count the number of cities that come under "India", under "Asia continent" and their growth rates are more than or less than 8%, I get zero in answer or incorrect figure and sometime error.

Please help me with this

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Something like:

=COUNTIFS(A:A,"asia",B:B,"india",D:D,"<="&0.08)

even just:

=COUNTIFS(B:B,"india",D:D,"<="&0.08)
