Create a sheet with a number of sections depending on cell values

Hi,

I am not sure that this is even possible, but can you build a sheet that resembles a quote with a number of different blocks depending on cell values. I know that you can dynamically show a picture in a cell using the INDIRECT formula.

Any thought would be much appreciated.
