Creating an Action List from a Gantt Chart

Hi,

I have a Gantt Chart that I use for showing me what actions occur on what date (example of which provided below).

I would like to create a macro to change this Gantt into an ordered action list, (example of which is shown below), I have tried to create this with a PivotTable and failed...

Anybody got any ideas of how to do this?

P.s. Apologies for not including the images as images - the Picture thing wouldn't work
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
