Data Changes when pulled into Power Query

I have a data set that I import into Power Query, and it changes the data.

Example, a number that should be 162.50 (and reads the correct amount in my data table) pull into PQ as 162. My formatting on my original sheet is correct. Anyone have any recommendations on how to stop this?

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
maybe change column format to decimals?

Its odd because I have 36 columns, Jan 2016-Dec 2018, and it only changes starting at Nov 2017. This is just in PQ not my data table.
