let say i have 2 sets of data in sheet 1.
Column A and E is date, B and F is invoice number, C and G is the amount due.
A, B and C is issued, and E, F and G is received.
some of the data in column ABC will not have in EFG, as the payer will have omitted some payment.
what im trying to do is to match column ABC with EFG, and the empty column that doesn't match will be the unpaid invoice.
all the omitted data should be copied from column ABC to sheet 2.
there are around 40,000 rows.
please help me.

thanks

Have you considerd using VLOOKUP() on column E, F, or G? Filter to "blanks" only.
Then select all rows showing (Control A should work) and copy those rows to Sheet 2.

if i want to use VLOOKUP, I need to know which invoice is missing, the problem now is i don't know which invoice is unpaid, can you please explain a more understandable way? I'm not 'that' good in excel actually.
thanks.
