Hi,

I have a quick question in Excel 2007. I am setting a huge workbook in a manual calculation state. Then I am creating a big Data Table with 80,000 rows. It seems like it takes forever to only create the Data Table...

If I press ESC, the table seems all fine. Does 80,000 rows exceeds Excel 2007 limit for a Data Table?

Thanks

Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
That is quite big for a Data Table, though I don't actually know offhand what, if any, specific limits they have. (I assume you do mean Data Table and not just Table?)

Yes, exactly I mean a Data Table.

In my spreadsheet all the formulas are linked to a scenario number. I have 80,000 scenarios to generate.

The reason I choose a Data Table instead of a macro that loops the scenario number and paste the values is that I noticed that excel was lagging and making a lot of duplicated values.

I dont have that problem with a Data Table but there seems to be a problem with so many scenarios.

Do you have another idea?

Thanks a lot
