Dear All,
In excel sheet, Column V has a history of comments. Commentsare recorded by the date then Name of the person then status and then thecomments. Please see the below example (these all information in cell V2):
10/9/201810:20:32 AM(Date) - Hanneli (Name) : Status - Response received(status);Comments - the audit has been won for xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx and is it audited separately and there shouldbe a separate GFIS code for this entity in GFIS Client Lookup Tool
10/9/201810:09:17 AM - Rafal: Status - Forwarded; Comments - ACTION REQUIRED: Pleaseconfirm if audit has been won for xxxxxxxxxxxx and is it audited separately andif there will be opened separate GFIS code for this entity.
HiHanneli,
Hope youare doing well.
Pleasesend your response by 12th October 2018 or pursuant to our global follow uppolicy the request will be closed and further edits/comments will not bepossible.
10/9/20189:03:28 AM - Rafal: Status - Ready for review; Comments - present undergrouped, complete pace 22966054.1.0
10/8/20181:10:58 PM - Hanneli: Status - Submitted; Comments - In the process ofcompleting the PACE. Need to update toreflect NPIE
So I would like to extract the date & time for all thestatus in that cell and paste in cell CU. For i.e
Status –Submitted: 10/8/2018 1:10:58 PM

Status -Ready for review : 10/9/2018 9:03:28 AM
Status –Forwarded: 10/9/2018 10:09:17 AM
Status - Responsereceived: 10/9/2018 10:20:32 AM

We have 13 statuses available for the process however it isnot necessary it will come in all the time.
Please help me tosort this out.
Warm Regards
Swit

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Something like this should do it:
Code:
=LEFT(V2,FIND(":",V2)+8)
