Hey everyone,

I have a couple of really simple (I imagine) questions, I've tried using the search feature but can't find anything. I recently started my own business and am having problems getting to grips with excel, my simple questions are:

1) When I attempt to print a sheet, the date prints out as a series of #'s. The date appears correctly on the worksheet, so the cell is big enough, but when I hit print / preview, the date prints / appears as a series of #'s.

2) I have a set up a series of borders to create a set of columns and again, they appear correctly in the spreadsheet but when I press print / preview not all of the inner lines appear, and I cann't figure out why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using Excel 2010.

Many thanks.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Are you saying that it appears wrong on the print preview and you haven't tried actually printing the sheet (If this is the case try adjusting the zoom setting while in print preview on the print preview and then try printing 1 page if it looks correct) or have you tried a print?
