DeBugging errors on all charts in the slicer

I need expert advice on a fix. There was a "re-scale" button created from developer that was used to update a Charts on a slicer. Now that I go in a refresh the data, I get debugging errors (11 of them) because I believe all these charts are being affected. How can I remove the errors and be able to refresh the data. What I have been doing in the meantime, is hit the "END" (11 times) and the charts get updated.
