Delete Rows with 0 Values

Thank you in advance for your help.

I have a list of items some of which have 0 values. They are separated in groups and I would like to output the list keeping the groups, but deleting the rows with 0 values and adding a grand total:

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Assuming your Total row is in column D
