delete time that is in the same cell with the date

Hello,
I need help delete the time out of a cell that has a date. For example the cell shows "3/22/2012 12:00:01PM" but I only want to see "3/22/2012" I have over 10,000 rows so is there a formula that will allow me to delete the date out?

=INT(A1)

Format as Date.
