Developer Buttons Disabled

Hi !. I have installed Office 2010 and when I enable the developers tab, there are some buttons that are disabled... Such as...

The first button of the ribbon is disabled and when I press "Insert", the second group of components are disabled...

Does anyone knows how to solve this ?.

Sorry for not answering... I couldn't remember my pass ! :D Glad to get to know cool people over here... I live in Argentina ! :D
