Disable F1 key

Does anyone know if it's possible to disable access to help via the f1 key, but still retain access to it on the drop down menus?

sorry for late reply,

yes i did save it to my personal macro but i realized that when I open new excel file the default macro directory is "Alll Open Workbooks". Is it possible to make it "Personal" as default.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
