Hi,
I have the following code in use,
It is on Sheet1 cell K33

It shows £0.00 when no value is present.
Is it possible to not show anything at all until it needs to.

Code:
=SUM('INCOME (1)'!G32 -'EXPENSES (8)'!K32)-MILEAGE!C32

Thanks

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
How about:

=if(SUM('INCOME (1)'!G32 -'EXPENSES (8)'!K32)-MILEAGE!C32=0,"",SUM('INCOME (1)'!G32 -'EXPENSES (8)'!K32)-MILEAGE!C32)

?
