Dragging cells causes formulas in other cells to not update

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked a million times, I'm only good at Excel when I really need something to happen, so this means I'm not super good at Excel but I like Excel.

Hoping to get some advice. I use an if, isnumber, search, formula to Simply grab and add up minutes for certain things in a list.

When I drag the cells around to simply swap data from one cell to another (because I just missed typing something else first) the cell with a formula has to be replaced with the same formula in order for it to update the right calculation. The only other work around is to not drag cells and delete and retype.

Any thoughts?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Oh and my formulas are set to calculate. Manual update did not correct plus I don't want to use that.
