Hi all,

So I'm trying to make a sheet and it has to be absolutely bullet proof. I have a drop down list that is copied into every cell in a column, what I would like to happen is once you select an item from the list in the first cell all the cells below populate with the same choice, then if further down the column you choose a different item from the drop down list all the cells below that one will change to be the same as this new choice leaving the ones above as they were. Is this possible?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
