Drop Down Menu problem

I have a couple of drop-down menus that work perfectly on two of my computers. However, when I send it to a friend, the drop-down menus dont show up on his computer. Any suggestions?

I understand that. The issue is when I sent the file the source disappeared. I need to find out why because when I send it to other friends I need it to work. Not keep disappearing

Is the source a list of options on a specific sheet in the workbook? I think that source reference should carry over, as far as I know.

It is on another tab same workbook. I thought it should carry over as well. I just heard back from another friend and he said it works on 1 of his computers and not the other. Very weird
