Dropping data into Label

I have a workbook with numerous sheets, few sheets have data in standard rows and columns, one sheet has a label/tag setup such as :
Date:___________
Name:__________
Style:__________
Number:________

Is there anyway to highlight a row of data from another sheet and drop that information into the correct spots in label without doing so by individual cell. Not high amounts of information, macro shouldn't be needed. If I try paste special transpose, says can't change part of merged cell, and thats a rather long process which is pretty inaccurate for what I'm looking for,
Thanks for any help!

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Maybe any idea to drag data to a label like this? Or change label format to support this idea, moving five or six cells at a time into list?

Thanks

Perhaps get rid of the merged cells? Why do you need them?

Which version of Excel are you using?
