Hi :) I have a question concerning due dates and finished dates. How would I format the two columns to where if it is complete, the red format I have set up for "expiring soon" goes away? If the order is complete, I'd like for the conditional formatting to correspond.

Due date is column D, and finish date is column E, blank until I entered a date. Would I select those two columns, clock Conditional Formatting, new rule, use formula, then?

Or am I way off? XD

Also, would the same formula or format apply to say if I had a column with how many days until due date/how many days late?

Thanks,
Allison

Definitely on the right track Allison,

Select the Columns that you want to highlight(your example D & E or more)
Conditional Formatting/New Rule/Use Formula/Format Values where Formula is true;

Code:
=$E1=""

*Note all selected cells will remain highlighted until you enter anything in Column E

If you wanted to inverse that;

Code:
=ISNUMBER($E1)

*Only selected Cells that contain a number will be highlighted.
