Dynamic Range using last value in array formula

I have a formula I'm trying to modify without using VB...

Code:
=IFERROR(LINEST(Output!D210:D245,Output!E210:O245,TRUE,TRUE),"")

The idea is that D245 is the last row in a data set and D210 is the previous 36 months. Is this possible to make dynamic without VB?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Nick

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Instead of D210:D245 try INDEX(D:D,match(9.9999e307,D:D)):INDEX(D:D,match(9.9999e307,D:D)-35)
Same with the E column
(and supposing there is nothing else in col D and E after the last row you need to reference)
