Hi,

I have a bar graph, made in excel that I copied into a MS Word Doc. It's a simple year by value graph.

I now need to update the graph by adding 2010 and 2011 values. In order to do this I have been doing the following:
  • Double click graph
  • I get a 'mini' excel pane at the bottom of graph with 'chart' and 'sheet' tabs
  • When I click on Sheet, I see all the graphs data points
  • Then I enter my new data points e.g., 2010, and value
  • However when I click back to the chart, it hasn't updated

I have tried using the 'refresh all' tab under Data, but this hasn't worked. I'm using MS word Home 2010.
Any ideas?
Thanks
