Hi I am trying to make a spreadsheet such that i have a spinner tool at the top of the page,
and when all the days of the month in the form dd/mm/yyyy are displayed,
and when i click the down arrow it goes to next month so the mm bit of the days changed and no. of days change automatically depending on which month it is, any help would be appreciated,
also when i add a spinner tool and put a value say 11 and change cell formatting to date, and assign the spinner to move the no. up or down one,
it gives me dates between 1900 and 1982, does anyone know to change that to 2008,
thanks

Hello and welcome to MrExcel.

You might want to consider using a Calendar Control to do this.

If you don't have the Calendar control you can get it if you click here - the 2003 version works fine in Excel 2007.

Excel stores dates as numbers, so 11 would be 11 January 1900.

Today, 2 November 2008 is 39754.:)
