Excel Automation From Horizontal to Vertical

This is the example of vertical format I am looking for, is a there faster way (automation/vba) for me to use?
I have been doing it manually

Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
try Power Query (Get&Transform) with unpivot selected columns, maybe it will work
