Hi,

I have a spreadsheet that has 2 rows and 24 columns (F15:AC16), 1 column per month for a 2 year period.

Under the month row I have a balance row with a set of account balances. However, there is only a balance value under 12 months - not always the same months, but always sequential months.

I want to create a dynamic graph to only show balances for the appropriate 12 month period, dependant on which balance period I am looking at. So the x axis of the graph changes automatically to only show the relevant 12 months.

Hopefully that is reasonably clear?

Thanks in advance,
Simon

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Hi Simon. I would suggest setting up 1 area of your sheet to reference chart data from. Then move the relevant data that you're interested in to that area so the chart changes with the new data inserted. HTH. Dave
