I have a clustered column chart with volume and %change data. I want the %change labels to always be just above the x-axes, even if they are negative. The %change is on the secondary axes.
This seems to be the best answer I have found.
Insert ->2-D Column ->choose one of them, select the y axisy >Format Axis>set the Axis value of Horizontal axis crosses to be a negative number.
