excel formula to count as 1 if all 3 cells equal no

=IF(COUNTIF(K2:M2,"no")=3,"Yes",1)
or if you mean if all 3 cells equals no then 1 else 0.
=(COUNTIF(K2:M2,"no")=3)+0
or if you mean if all 3 cells equals no then 1 else 0.
=(COUNTIF(K2:M2,"no")=3)+0
