Excel Macro - if blank cell in col. then cut & paste to the right/ same row

Hello, consider my exel data in A to L column, in exemple named sheet:
I the case K column o empty, I simply need to cut and paste I & J cells content to
J & K columns -same row (= if K is empty, then move I & J values 1 cell to the right). I have tried several options unsuccessflly.
Any idea?
