Excel power query - merged queris result in duplicates

Dear all,

I am trying to merge 2 queries. They both have unique numbers but whenever I link the two queries, duplicate rows appear. Not after the step "Merged Queries", but after the step "Exapended [name query]" ...

I am desperately looking for the cause or a solution to my problem. In 1 query, 1 row even turns into more then 20 rows ..

Excel Facts
