Excel to Google Sheets

I have an Excel spreadsheet with several tabs and a couple of Pivot charts. When I upload to my Google drive and convert to sheets, the pivot tables becomes just data, no longer a pivot table. Any ideas why?

Thanks, but in Google Sheets the groups for dates by month are not in the order I need. I need academic months starting with Sep. In Excel, I can manipulate the oder as I need in my pivot table, but do not believe you can do so in Sheets.
