How can I get this to return the timestamp that's in another cell? Where is has scan time, I need that to come from the scan list sheet.

This is where the timestamp is originating from. I need to have this copied to my list instead of saying "No".

Lastly:

I need any employees who have scanned and display the timestamp to show on this roster.

Basically I just need all my info to copy to this only if they have shown to have a timestamp. This will be my electronic roster with the class info for future records after the employee attend the class. I only want it to display everyone who scanned in the list above.

Sorry, I know I asked a lot, but I appreciate any help.

I wish I could remove any connection attempts, tables, and just be basic excel minus the scanning tool VBA. It doesn't seem I can do any of that without crashing everything.
Well, that ended up being adverse to my file. It completely removed all my scanning and timestamp functionality when I did that

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
In that case just put the formula into a different cell, but out side the table.

Having seen your previous thread
I can't help but think that if at the time of scanning the badge number, you look for that number in the employee list (using range.find method) and use a couple of offsets to get the name and # , then write everything to the sheet along with the timestamp and you avoid almost everything you've asked in this thread.

Thanks for responding, but this unfortunately doesn't help me at all. I'm not sure how to even being building a formula for this.
