Excel VBA script to loop through 3 cells and highlight them

Could I possibly get some help. I need a user to be able to click a button and just rotate through 3 cells A15:A18
and highlight each one with a color. The loop would be infinite as the user will be pushing the button through out the course of a day. Possibly 500 times in a day.

Set rng = Range("A1:A3")
For Each cell In rng
Next cell

but how to set it to loop continuously and by highlight i should say change color but still be able to read the text inside.
