Extract Javascript data from website using VBA and input it into excel

Farm boy needing a hand here: I am lost on this I have been puttering around with this for a month now and no luck. I want to get all the Agriculture delayed quotes from the CME website and input it into excel and update say every 20 minutes. The issue is, that all the data is being generated by javascript. Any and all help with this would be great. The website url is. - http://www.cmegroup.com/market-data/delayed-quotes/commodities.html
