extracting data with specific criteria from 1 column to another in macro

HI,

I hope you could help. i have 1 column and it has 2 categories (eg: food and drinks). I have to separate them into 2 columns and extract only the items below it(rows after it) And be paste into the cell right next to it. See sample above.


If using formula will do instead of macro its ok.. im still a newbie though.
Kindly help. Thank
